The left earcup has all the buttons that you need, like the buttons for calls, pause/play, forward, backward, and the two-directional button. They’ve included a multifunction button that you can use to dial, make and take calls.
The AKG K830BT sits perfectly, but I don’t advise you to use them while jogging or running, as they might fall off. You could use them while doing activities that requires you to move less like walking.
The padding that they’ve put on the earcups and the headband feel soft. Its earcups and headband won’t hurt your ears or your head. The headband is adjustable, which lets you quickly adjust them to your preference. And the earcups swivel, so you can move if you want a tighter or looser fit.
The sound quality of this wireless headphone is what you’d most likely expect from AKG. It’s not bad though there are times when this wireless headphone loses its sound quality. The lack of the sound quality might be a shortcoming not only for this wireless headphone but also by another wireless headphone.
Pairing the AKG K830BT is easy, even a kid can do it. All you need to do is press the multifunction button for at least 3 seconds. The headphone will automatically scan the nearest Bluetooth-enabled device. You can’t pair this headphone with multiple devices. Pair it with one device at a time. This can be a bit of disappointment, but something I can live with.
The battery life of this wireless headphone is excellent. I don’t worry about losing power every time I use it. Plus, it’s easy to store and transport. I can put it inside the carrying bag, and carry it wherever I go.
